imscaredtodie.com is a digital memorial grid. You can claim squares, customize them, and leave messages for the future. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for your account. Don't share your login or let others use your account.
You own what you write and upload. By posting it on the grid, you give us permission to display it publicly on the site. That's the whole point — your content is meant to be seen.

Square claims cost $1. Token packs and donations have listed prices. All payments are processed by Stripe and are final.
If a technical error prevents your claim from going through, you'll be refunded automatically. We don't offer refunds for change of mind — once a square is claimed, it's claimed.
20% of revenue goes into an investment fund (index funds) intended to cover long-term hosting costs. This is a best-effort commitment, not a legal guarantee. The site's longevity depends on the fund's performance and ongoing costs.
We intend for squares to last forever. That said, we're a small project run by one person. We can't guarantee the site will exist for eternity — but the perpetual fund is designed to make it self-sustaining. We'll do our best.
You can delete your account anytime. Your personal data (email, auth) is removed. Your squares and public content remain on the grid — they're part of the memorial.
The site is provided "as is." We're not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages from using the site. Use it at your own risk.
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll note the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
